Surgical coaching is gaining momentum and has been shown to have tremendous benefits to not only patient outcomes but also surgeon burnout and efficiency. During this session, a panel of trained surgical coaches (who are women otolaryngologists) will discuss what exactly surgical coaching is and how it can benefit both seasoned otolaryngologists and trainees. We will also hold a mock coaching session to demonstrate how it could help solve challenges that an otolaryngologist might face in her practice. This webinar is open to all!
