Sharpening the Scalpel: Surgical Coaching in Otolaryngology

🗓️ Thursday, June 12, 2025
🕘 8:00 - 9:15 pm (ET)
Join us on Thursday, June 12, for an informative webinar hosted by the Women in Otolaryngology section on surgical coaching. Surgical coaching is gaining momentum and has been shown to have tremendous benefits to not only patient outcomes but also surgeon burnout and efficiency. During this session, a panel of trained surgical coaches (who are women otolaryngologists) will discuss what exactly surgical coaching is and how it can benefit both seasoned otolaryngologists and trainees. We will also hold a mock coaching session to demonstrate how it could help solve challenges that an otolaryngologist might face in her practice. This webinar is open to all!
