The Same Day Care Coalition is a broad alliance of national physician organizations united in opposition to CMS’s proposed payment reduction. Medicare beneficiaries should be able to receive comprehensive, medically necessary care during a single visit—and Medicare payment policy should support that model of care, not penalize it.
