OTO News Issues Delivered Per Month

Content published on the Bulletin site will be delivered via email to all AAO-HNS members in two ways.

  1. A dedicated monthly Bulletin-only email will be sent once each month and will highlight the latest content published. An advertiser will receive one Premium Banner for that month of purchase.
  2. The AAO-HNS/F weekly member eNewsletter, OTO News, will include a section in each week’s edition that highlights the latest Bulletin content published that week. OTO News is published every Thursday (except holidays). An advertiser will receive one Premium Banner for each issue of OTO News that month of purchase

Ad Tagging Policy — Email Newsletters

  • Ad tagging is NOT available for email deployments
  • Only static JPEG/PNG or animated GIF files with a destination URL are accepted for email placements
  • Animated GIFs must include all critical information on the first frame
  • Only one URL per animated GIF; separate URLs embedded in individual frames are not permitted
