Voices of Otolaryngology is the official AAO-HNS podcast and vodcast. It is available as both an audio podcast on all major platforms and as a video vodcast on YouTube. This dual-format distribution means every episode reaches members whether they are listening on a commute or watching on screen, and gives advertisers a unique opportunity to deliver both an audio sponsorship message and a video advertisement within the same episode.

Podcast Best Practices & Policies
- Ad load is capped to protect listener experience. AAO-HNS limits podcast/vodcast episodes to a maximum of two ad placements per episode (one pre-roll, one mid-roll). Protecting listener experience preserves long-term inventory value for all advertisers.
- Promo codes or vanity URLs are strongly encouraged. These give advertisers a trackable performance signal and provide AAO-HNS with engagement data to share at renewal.
- All applicable federal disclosure is required. All sponsored podcast content must be clearly identified as paid advertising per federal guidelines.

All podcast and vodcast content must be relevant to clinical practice, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or professional development. Content that does not align with the AAO-HNS mission is subject to rejection.
