Membership
Active domestic membership in the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery is required to participate.
Compatible EHR
Reg-ent integrates with most major EHR systems. Our onboarding team will confirm compatibility and coordinate setup with your vendor.
Full Data Contribution
Participants contribute structured, unstructured, and ancillary data to the registry to ensure the highest quality dataset for the specialty.

Complete the form below with your practice details, AAO-HNS member ID, and EHR information. Our team will follow up to confirm eligibility.
STEP 2
EHR Onboarding
We coordinate directly with your EHR vendor to establish the data connection. Most practices are up and running within a few weeks.
STEP 3
Start Reporting
Once connected, your quality data flows automatically into your Reg-ent dashboard. Begin reporting MIPS measures and tracking performance right away.
