Quality Measures Built by ENT, for ENT

Reg-ent participants track performance across specialty-specific QCDR measures and public QPP measures, all designed to advance patient care and protect reimbursement.

Quality measures create an objective assessment of how well healthcare providers adhere to evidence-based standards of care. Reg-ent tracks both process measures, the actions a clinician takes, and outcome measures, the results patients experience. Together, they tell the complete story of ENT quality.

For otolaryngologists, who develops these measures matters. Generic measures designed for broad specialties often miss what defines quality ENT care, which is why the AAO-HNSF builds its own specialty-specific measures, grounded in evidence and designed by otolaryngologists. This short video walks through each element and how they're calculated in Reg-ent.
