Showcase your brand and stand out through Wi-Fi Sponsorship, Digital and Sponsored Ads in Meeting Daily and social media, Mobile Banner Ads, App Push Notifications, and a Digital Scavenger Hunt. Make a lasting impression! All ads are offered on a first-come, first served basis.
Any sponsorship artwork submitted after Friday, August 14, 2026, will be assessed an additional 20% rush printing fee.
1. Digital Ad in Meeting Daily

Show your branding to attendees with the Meeting Daily eDailies - an electronic daily newsletter that includes coverage of events from the previous days as well as promotion for upcoming events and activities.
Get your message in front of attendees as part of your overall branding strategy with ads in every budget range. Your advertisement includes one banner ad with one hyperlink. All graphic materials must be approved by Show Management prior to production. Click-through rates may vary. AAO-HNSF does not make any guarantees regarding the number of clicks your banner ad will receive.

2. Mobile App Banner Ad

With no printed final program to promote environmental sustainability, the mobile app is the go-to tool for information on the 2026 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO!
Increase your visibility with attendees by being one of only four rotating banner ads. The banner ad includes one hyperlink. The mobile app will be available to all approximately 30 days prior to the start of the meeting.
All graphic ads must be approved by Show Management prior to app launch. AAO-HNSF does not make any guarantees regarding the number of clicks your banner ad will receive. The banner ad and hyperlink must be submitted no later than August 15 for proper testing within the app.
3. Mobile App Push Notification

Send your message in 230 characters or less out to every attendee using the mobile app at the Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO.
This sponsorship includes one message and sponsors can select their preference of day. The total character limit is 230 (including the title and message).
All messages must be approved by Show Management and must be submitted no later than September 15. Show Management reserves the right to edit messages for content, structure and clarity. There is a limit of one push notification per day by the same sponsor. The final push notification schedule will be set by AAO-HNSF.
4. Digital Scavenger Hunt

A digital scavenger hunt enables attendees to explore the OTO EXPO and convention center while incorporating fun concepts and activities for all. Increase traffic to your booth through the mobile app. Attendees can download the game app to complete challenges and earn points.
