1. Wi-Fi Sponsorship

Enjoy high-profile brand exposure while providing attendees with essential Wi-Fi service.

The sponsor will have the opportunity to choose the Wi-Fi password for the duration of the event. Wi-Fi information, along with sponsor recognition, will be displayed on the mobile app, conference website, various pre-conference promotions, and signage throughout the event. 

All graphic materials must be approved by Show Management no later than August 15 in order to meet production and printing deadlines. Character limit may apply.

2. Portrait Studio

Make attendees smile as the Portrait Studio sponsor.

A photographer will be on-site to provide attendees with professional headshots during the Annual Meeting, and your company can participate in this opportunity. As the exclusive sponsor of the Portrait Studio, your company will sponsor a 10x20 booth in the Expo Hall.

The Portrait Studio sponsor will gain recognition through listings in the mobile app and website, alongside various pre-conference promotions. The sponsor will display visible signage outside the studio and will automatically send emails and text messages to all attendees who receive a headshot. Attendees will receive an electronic copy of their headshot with a personalized message from your company. A representative from the sponsor can be present on-site to distribute marketing materials to attendees visiting the booth.

3. Baggage Check

Sponsor our baggage check area and gain the opportunity to have a luggage tag placed on each bag checked with your logo or graphics!

Sponsors will be recognized and listed throughout the mobile app and website, and will have visible signage outside the baggage check.

4. Hotel Key Cards

EXCLUSIVE | $25,000
Enjoy continuous visibility of your corporate logo or brand message throughout the Annual Meeting with customized hotel keycards at the top four hotel blocks!

These hotels are where most of our attendees will be staying. AAO-HSNF's key card vendor produces and ships the cards directly to the hotels for distribution to attendees.

5. Cube Stacked Towers

If you want to grab attention or engage your audience, these are made to wow! 

The cube-stacked towers offer a large format graphic area to get you noticed by attendees. The tower helps you communicate your message effectively and is an excellent way to show large-scale graphics in a small amount of space with a crowd-stopping presence. These cubes are placed throughout the convention center for maximum visibility by all attendees.

6. Rotating Kiosks 

10 AVAILABLE | $8,750
This is a terrific way to promote your brand without the necessity of rigging.

These self-sustaining 8' towers feature branding on all four sides with LED backlights. The towers rotate slowly to showcase your branded message from every angle as attendees pass by. These towers will be strategically placed throughout the convention center for maximum visibility to all attendees. 

All graphic materials must be approved by Show Management no later than August 1 in order to meet production and printing deadlines. 

7. Hotel Room Drops

4 AVAILABLE | $10,000
A fantastic opportunity to connect with all attendees staying in the top four hotel blocks for the annual meeting.

One paper advertisement and/or branded item will be placed in each attendee’s room to ensure their undivided attention in the comfort of their hotel accommodations. AAO-HSNF will cover the cost of individual room drops at the four hotels. The sponsor is responsible for producing the flyer and/or branded items, as well as shipping them directly to the hotel (AAO-HNSF staff will provide shipping details). Sponsorship is limited to under-door drops only and does not include in-room drops.

8. Floor Stickers

Every step taken by the attendees can bring them closer to your presence on the show floor.

These 3' x 3' stickers are strategically placed in the exhibit hall, showcasing your company's personalized message, logo, and/or booth number. Each order includes four stickers.

9. NEW! Cell Phone Charging Stations

Avoid "low battery anxiety" by ensuring attendees remain connected throughout the Annual Meeting!

Your branded charging station provides a convenient and efficient way to charge multiple devices simultaneously! Charging stations will be placed strategically throughout the convention center to boost foot traffic and offer opportunities for branding and advertising.

All graphic and creative materials must be submitted no later than August 1 for Show Management and approval.

10. NEW! Charging Lounge

EXCLUSIVE | $20,000
Attendees can quickly "jump-start" their mobile devices, laptops, and tablets at the charging lounge in the OTO EXPO.

Sponsor benefits include a 10x30 area in the OTO EXPO, which comes with chairs, a table, and two branded charging stations. The sponsor will be listed in the mobile app, on the conference website, and will have visible signage outside the lounge.

All graphic materials must be approved by Show Management no later than August 1 in order to meet production and printing deadlines. 

11. NEW! Private Meeting Pods

Be part of the movement to create a personal space to recharge, reset, and promote well-being at our Annual Meeting.

Private Meeting Pods enhance small meeting capacity, foster engagement, boost productivity, and can feature your logo or graphic message. They will be strategically distributed throughout the convention center. Each pod allows for wrap branding, included in the sponsorship cost. 

All creative materials must be submitted no later than Tuesday, July 15 to meet minimum 13 week production and shipment schedule. All graphics materials must be approved by Show Management.

12. Lanyards

From the moment attendees arrive until the moment they leave the convention center for the last time, they will see your logo hundreds of times during every conversation they have.

13. NEW! Wellness Zone

EXCLUSIVE | $200,000 SOLD
Relax and recharge at the AAO-HNSF Wellness Zone!

Open during expo hall hours, this area will showcase soothing massage chairs along with a variety of wellness-focused sessions and activities, including chair yoga, tai chi, nutrition, and meditation. Daily healthy snacks will also be offered in a prime location at the OTO EXPO. Sponsors will have opportunities for promotion through various mediums.

Sponsorship includes recognition, with the Wellness Zone featured throughout the mobile app and website. The sponsor will have prominent signage both inside and outside the Wellness Zone. A representative from the sponsor can be on-site outside the Wellness area to distribute marketing materials to attendees visiting the Wellness area. The sponsor will receive two lead retrievals to capture attendee information.

All creative materials must be approved by Show Management no later than August 1 to meet production and printing deadlines.

14. NEW! Water Station Pit Stop

Reduce single-use plastic water bottles with a branded reusable water bottle!

Ensure that our attendees stay hydrated throughout the day by using the branded water bottles at the filling stations located around the convention center. This can help reduce toxin exposure in our bodies and minimize plastic waste in the environment. It's a win-win for everyone!

Sponsorship includes the Sponsor's logo printed on the front of the water bottle, which will be distributed to attendees during registration check-in. The Sponsor will be featured in the mobile app, listed on the conference website, and will have prominent signage at several of the water stations. 

All creative materials must be approved by Show Management no later than August 1 to meet production and printing deadlines.

15. NEW! Escape Room

EXCLUSIVE | $250,000
An escape room is an experience in which a team of up to 10 players collaboratively discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks to complete a goal

The escape room will run for the full duration of the Annual Meeting, Saturday – Tuesday (half day). This unique format can be used to introduce topics, concepts, or education centered around the sponsor. Game creators will consult with the sponsor to create puzzles and challenges within the escape room based on information provided by the sponsor.  

Sponsorship includes the recognition of the Escape Room in all listings on the mobile app and website. The sponsor will receive prominent signage both inside and outside the Escape Room. Representatives from the sponsoring company may be present outside the Escape Room to distribute marketing materials to attendees engaged in the challenge. The sponsor will also receive two lead retrievals for collecting attendee information. Additionally, company names and/or products may be integrated into the clues and answers within the Escape Room.
