This is the only unopposed daily time where all attendees gather. All attendees are invited to break from their sessions and receive a free lunch in the exhibit hall. Show your support while promoting your brand by purchasing this sponsorship.
Lunch sponsor(s) will be listed in the mobile app, on the conference website, and will have visible signage in the lunch area. Logo branded recognition will appear on napkins. The sponsor will be included in the lunch reminder push notification, as well as in various pre-conference promotions.

Attendees will welcome a fresh cup of coffee or tea during their time in the OTO EXPO.
Logo placement will add even greater visibility to this high-impact sponsorship, along with recognition as the supporting sponsor in a mobile app push notification sent to all attendees announcing the complimentary beverage break.
Coffee breaks will be hosted within the exhibit hall, with sponsorship recognition displayed at each station. In addition, the sponsor will receive recognition in the mobile app, on the conference website, and across select pre-conference promotions, complemented by prominent on-site signage at all beverage stations.

Follow the smell of popcorn into the exhibit hall!
A popcorn cart can be placed near your exhibit booth during a designated time to help draw people to your location. The sponsor will be acknowledged in a push notification through the mobile app alerting every attendee about the free popcorn break offered in the OTO EXPO. Additionally, the sponsor will be included in the mobile app, on the conference website, and in various pre-conference promotions, alongside prominent signage at the stations.

5. Opening Ceremony

This important event kicks off the 2026 Annual Meeting and energizes the audience.
Join us as we open the AAO–HNSF 2026 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO in Los Angeles with the Opening Ceremony held at the Los Angeles Convention Center on Saturday, October 17 at 8:00 am. This important event kick-starts the Annual Meeting and energizes the audience. The ceremony—featuring Academy leaders, Presidential Citation recipients, and inspirational videos showcasing members—is the place to see and be seen, to greet longtime friends, and connect with new colleagues.
Sponsors will be acknowledged and listed wherever the Opening Ceremony is mentioned throughout the mobile app, conference website, and event reminder push notifications. Sponsors will receive recognition in the "Know Before You Go" emails sent to all attendees. Additionally, sponsors will have visible signage outside the room and will be recognized on the welcome slides as attendees enter. Sponsors will also be offered the opportunity to have a table at the event, where they can bring their branded table skirt and any giveaways.

6. Presidents' Reception

This is the highest attended event of the 2026 Annual Meeting, with over 1,800 attendees in 2025, and the ideal time to really let your brand presence shine!
As a sponsor of the signature social event of the Annual Meeting, your sponsorship will provide outstanding visibility and recognition in front of meeting participants. The Presidents’ Reception will be held on Saturday, October 17 starting at 7pm.
Sponsors will be recognized and listed wherever the President's Reception appears within the mobile app, conference website, and event reminder push notification(s). Branded napkins with sponsor logo/name will be displayed at the reception bars. Sponsors will receive acknowledgment in the "Know Before You Go" emails sent to all attendees, along with various pre-conference promotions. Sponsors will have visible signage in the reception area. Additionally, sponsors will be given the opportunity to have a table at the event, where they can display a branded table skirt and bring any giveaways. Sponsor will be provided four (4) complimentary President's Reception tickets.

7. WIO General Assembly

Support the Women in Otolaryngology (WIO) Section at their largest education event of the year.
Over 500 women ENTs will gather to network and learn from speakers and panelists focused on topics of value to women in the specialty. Your support will include brief remarks during the General Assembly and logo recognition during the assembly.
Sponsors will be recognized and listed wherever the WIO General Assembly appears in the mobile app and website. Sponsors will have visible signage outside the ballroom. They will be acknowledged on the welcome slides as attendees enter the ballroom. Sponsors will have some reserved seating at the front of the room. The sponsor logo will be included on a giveaway item distributed to attendees.
Sponsors will be given the opportunity to have a table with two chairs at the event, where they can display a branded table skirt and pop-up banners as well as distribute any additional giveaway items.
