1. Water Sustainability Sponsorship

EXCLUSIVE | $65,000
Reduce single-use plastic water bottles with a branded reusable water bottle!

Ensure that our attendees stay hydrated throughout the day by using the branded water bottles at the filling stations located around the convention center. This can help reduce toxin exposure in our bodies and minimize plastic waste in the environment. It's a win-win for everyone!

Sponsorship includes the Sponsor's logo printed on the front of the water bottle (4,000 bottles), which will be distributed to attendees during registration check-in. The Sponsor will be featured in the mobile app, listed on the conference website, and will have prominent signage at several of the water stations.

Graphics must be received by August 3 to meet production and printing deadlines.

Please note that sponsorship does not include registration. Every corporate representative is required to register for the Annual Meeting and must wear an official meeting badge at all times.

2. Wellness Zone

Relax and recharge at the AAO-HNSF Wellness Zone!

Open during expo hall hours, this area will showcase soothing massage chairs, a variety of wellness-focused sessions and activities. Sponsors will have opportunities for promotion through various mediums.

Sponsorship includes recognition, with the Wellness Zone featured throughout the mobile app and website. The sponsor will have prominent signage both inside and outside the Wellness Zone. A representative from the sponsor can be on-site outside the Wellness area to distribute marketing materials to attendees visiting the Wellness area. The sponsor will receive two lead retrievals to capture attendee information. Four complimentary OTO EXPO Only registrations are included.

3. Escape Room

EXCLUSIVE | $250,000
An escape room is an immersive education experience in which teams of up to 10 participants collaboratively apply clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to complete a series of challenges. This interactive learning format engages attendees in active discovery and knowledge application in a novel, memorable setting.

The escape room will operate throughout the Annual Meeting, Saturday through Tuesday (half day), providing continuous educational engagement opportunities for attendees. This innovative educational format serves as a platform for introducing clinical concepts, evidence-based practices, treatment protocols, or relevant education content aligned with the sponsor's therapeutic area or expertise.

Professional game creators will collaborate closely with the sponsor's clinical and educational teams to develop puzzles, challenges, and scenarios that reinforce key learning objectives on a specific disease state. All education content will be evidence-based and clinically relevant, ensuring that participants gain practical knowledge applicable to their otolaryngology practice. The escape room experience will be designed to meet education standards and complement the broader educational programming of the Annual Meeting.

Sponsorship includes the recognition of the Escape Room in all listings on the mobile app and website. The sponsor will receive prominent signage both inside and outside the Escape Room. Representatives from the sponsoring company may be present outside the Escape Room to distribute marketing materials to attendees engaged in the challenge. Sponsor will receive three complimentary full conference registrations. The sponsor will also receive two lead retrievals for collecting attendee information. Additionally, company names and/or products may be integrated into the clues and answers within the Escape Room.

4. Private Meeting Pods

Be part of the movement to create a personal space to recharge, reset, and promote well-being at our Annual Meeting.

Private Meeting Pods enhance small meeting capacity, foster engagement, boost productivity, and can feature your logo or graphic message. They will be strategically distributed throughout the convention center. Each pod allows for wrap branding, included in the sponsorship cost. 

All graphic materials must be approved by Show Management no later than Tuesday, July 15 to meet minimum 13 week production and shipment schedule. 

Please note that sponsorship does not include registration. Every corporate representative is required to register for the Annual Meeting and must wear an official meeting badge at all times.
