Showcase your brand and stand out through the Attendee Hotel Reservation Confirmation Email, the Attendee Registration Confirmation Email, Ad Retargeting, and “Know Before You Go” Emails. Make a lasting impression! All ads are offered on a first-come, first served basis.
Any sponsorship artwork submitted after Friday, August 14, 2026, will be assessed an additional 20% rush printing fee.
1. Attendee Hotel Reservation Confirmation Email

Your digital ad will be seen by all registered attendees prior to the meeting!
Once attendees complete their hotel reservation details, they will receive an autogenerated reservation confirmation email with an advertisement for your company. Your advertisement includes one banner ad with one hyperlink.
All graphics must be approved by Show Management no later than Wednesday, April 15.
2. Attendee Registration Confirmation Email

Your digital ad can be seen by all registered attendees prior to the meeting!
Once attendees complete their 2026 Annual Meeting registration, they will receive an auto-generated confirmation email with an advertisement for your company. Your advertisement includes one banner ad with one hyperlink.
All graphics must be approved by Show Management no later than Wednesday, April 15.
3. Ad Retargeting

Ever shop online and no matter what site you are on that item seems to follow you? That’s ad retargeting!
Visitors to the AAO–HNSF Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO webpages and pre-registered attendees for the event will see your banner follow them on other websites, providing you with thousands of impressions and up to three months of exposure. Each new impression creates awareness and promotes your brand's presence and messaging to attendees. Ads will be staggered to avoid competing against each other, allowing sponsors to reach a potentially wider and more engaged audience.
LARGE PACKAGE | $8,000: 200,000 ad impressions served in 90 days
MEDIUM PACKAGE | $6,000: 100,000 ad impressions served in 90 days
STARTER PACKAGE | $4,000: 50,000 ad impressions served in 90 days

A maximum of three packages is available during each 90-day period. The 90-day timelines listed above are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. All graphic ads must be approved by Show Management before production.
4. Domestic "Know Before You Go" Email

AAO-HNSF will send out an email to all registered attendees with important information everyone will need prior to arrival in Los Angeles, California for the 2026 Annual Meeting. This email is read and re-read multiple times as attendees make their final travel plans. The email will include a 600x100 banner ad for your company and includes one hyperlink.
All graphic materials must be approved by Show Management no later than Tuesday, September 15.
5. International "Know Before You Go" Email

Your digital ad and logo can be seen by all registered international attendees prior to the meeting!
