1. Corporate Satellite Symposium

Organize an expert breakfast or evening education session on a topic of your choice in the headquarter hotel. 

The Corporate Satellite Symposium can be as long or as short as you choose within the time frame provided. You also have control over education content and presenters. 

Sponsor must follow Symposium Guidelines. Please see below.

Symposium Regulations: ALL Symposia will be held in a private meeting room at the JW Marriott L.A. Live Headquarter Hotel, not the Los Angeles Convention Center. Meeting room will be set with basic AV listed above. Companies are responsible for all catering planning costs and any additional AV. Different room set-up is to be submitted no later than Friday, August 14. Any changes after that date or on-site will incur additional labor charges that are the sponsor's responsibility. Sponsors are responsible for making their own CME provider arrangements. Symposia will be listed in the mobile app and on the conference website, and will receive one push notification that is sent out 30 minutes prior to the start of the program, 2 lead retrieval devices will be distributed for each Symposium only, and will have visible signage outside the room. AAO-HNSF reserves the right to deny a symposium topic if it is determined not to be in alignment with its vision, mission, and strategic goals. Corporate Satellite Symposia are not a part of the education programming presented by AAO-HNSF. Symposium sponsor is responsible for additional advertising for their session. AAO-HNSF is not responsible for the attendance the session receives.  

Please note that sponsorship does not include registration. Every corporate representative and speaker is required to register for the Annual Meeting and must wear an official meeting badge at all times. All graphic materials must be approved by Show Management no later than Friday, August 14 in order to meet production and printing deadlines. Any sponsorship artwork submitted after Friday, August 14, will be assessed an additional 20% rush printing fee. 

Show Management reserves the right to modify mobile app promotions if it does not fit character limit or meet AAO-HNSF Branding Standards.

2. OTO Pavilion Presentation

The AAO-HNSF OTO Pavilion is your company's opportunity to showcase procedures and introduce specialized education in a didactic setting for up to 75 attendees for 30 or 60 minutes.  Review recent scientific studies and information or display your products right on the OTO EXPO hall floor. 

Located within the exhibit hall, the OTO Pavilion is an open, accessible space rather than a private enclosed meeting room. Its layout invites attendees to enter the area as they navigate the exhibit hall.

OTO Pavilion Presentation Regulations: Companies are responsible for any catering costs. AAO-HNSF will have standard AV and room set-up, which will be shared with the sponsor. Any additional AV or room set-up requests need to be submitted by Friday, August 14, and those costs are the responsibility of the sponsor. Any changes after that date or on-site will incur additional labor charges that are the responsibility of the sponsor. OTO Pavilion Presentations will be listed in the mobile app and on the conference website, and will receive one lead retrieval device for each OTO Pavilion Presentation only, and will have visible signage outside the room. 3. OPPS Coffee Talks: Tips & Tools for Success

Coffee Talk with OPPS: Tips and Tools for Success, similar to the Lunch with the Experts, is hosted by members of the Otolaryngology Private Practice Section(OPPS) and provides attendees an opportunity to interact with renowned private practice otolaryngology experts over coffee.

Held on Sunday, October 18 & Monday, October 19 inside the OTO EXPO, the Coffee Talk with the OPPS is an intimate atmosphere designed for peer exchange and discussion. In recognition of support for one or both coffee breaks, sponsors will have visible signage outside the space, will be listed in the mobile app, and on the conference website. 

Coffee Talk Regulations: Companies are responsible for any additional catering requests outside coffee and tea. Sponsor(s) will be listed in the mobile app, on the conference website, and have visible signage outside the room.  Please note that any marketing materials or literature left on tables will be discarded after event.

4. Private Meeting Suite

Secure your private meeting suite directly on the show floor and take advantage of our innovative networking and matchmaking solutions. Enjoy a dedicated space designed to host all of your meetings in one convenient location.

Each suite features 8-foot walls and a locking door (no ceiling) to ensure privacy throughout the OTO EXPO. The package includes exterior branding on one side of the suite to showcase your messaging, as well as carpeting. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging any additional needs, including furniture, AV equipment, food and beverage, and supplemental branding.
