1. Exhibit Hall Coffee Breaks

5 AVAILABLE | $25,000 EACH – or – DAILY EXCLUSIVE | $40,000
Attendees will welcome a fresh cup of coffee or tea during their time in the OTO EXPO.

Logo placement will add even greater visibility to this high-impact sponsorship, along with recognition as the supporting sponsor in a mobile app push notification sent to all attendees announcing the complimentary beverage break.

Coffee breaks will be hosted within the exhibit hall, with sponsorship recognition displayed at each station. In addition, the sponsor will receive recognition in the mobile app, on the conference website, and across select pre-conference promotions, complemented by prominent on-site signage at both beverage stations.

2. Exhibit Hall Popcorn Breaks

Follow the smell of popcorn into the exhibit hall!

A popcorn cart can be placed near your exhibit booth during a designated time to help draw people to your location. The sponsor will be acknowledged in a push notification through the mobile app alerting every attendee about the free popcorn break offered in the OTO EXPO. Additionally, the sponsor will be included in the mobile app, on the conference website, and in various pre-conference promotions, alongside prominent signage at the stations. 

Your company logo will appear on signage posted by popcorn cart.

3. Meeting Pods

Be part of the movement to create a personal space to recharge, reset, and promote well-being at our Annual Meeting.

Private Meeting Pods enhance small meeting capacity, foster engagement, boost productivity, and can feature your logo or graphic message. These pods can be placed in your booth for soundproof meetings or strategically placed in the hallways throughout the convention center. Each pod allows for wrap branding, included in the sponsorship cost. 

All creative materials must be submitted no later than Wednesday, July 15 to meet minimum 13 week production and shipment schedule. All graphics materials must be approved by Show Management.

Please note that sponsorship does not include registration. Every corporate representative is required to register for the Annual Meeting and must wear an official meeting badge at all times.

4. Portrait Studio

Make attendees smile as a Portrait Studio sponsor.

A photographer will be on-site to provide attendees with professional headshots during the 2026 Annual Meeting, and your company can participate in this opportunity. As the exclusive sponsor of the Portrait Studio, your company will sponsor a 10x20 booth in the exhibit hall.

The Portrait Studio sponsor will gain recognition through listings in the mobile app and conference website, alongside various pre-conference promotions. The sponsor will display visible signage outside the studio and will automatically send emails and text messages to all attendees who receive a headshot. Attendees will receive an electronic copy of their headshot with a personalized message from your company. A representative from the sponsor can be present on-site to distribute marketing materials to attendees visiting the booth.

5. Digital Scavenger Hunt

Join the fun with fellow attendees and take part in the scavenger hunt!

A digital scavenger hunt enables attendees to explore the OTO EXPO and convention center while incorporating fun concepts and activities for all. Increase traffic to your booth through the mobile app. Attendees can download the game app to complete challenges and earn points.

6. Floor Stickers

Every step taken by the attendees can bring them closer to your presence on the show floor.

These 3' x 3' stickers are strategically placed in the exhibit hall with your company's personalized message, company or product logo, and/or booth number. Each step taken by the attendees can bring them closer to your presence on the show floor. Four (4) stickers per order.

7. Digital Ad in Meeting Daily

Show your branding to attendees with the Meeting Daily eDailies - an electronic daily newsletter that includes coverage of events from the previous days as well as promotion for upcoming events and activities.

Get your message in front of attendees as part of your overall branding strategy with ads in every budget range. Your advertisement includes one banner ad with one hyperlink. All graphic materials must be approved by Show Management prior to production. Click-through rates may vary. AAO-HNSF does not make any guarantees regarding the number of clicks your banner ad will receive.
